School Buses
Most Miquon children ride to and from Miquon on yellow school buses provided by the student's school district. The following school districts typically transport children to Miquon: Cheltenham, Colonial, Lower Merion, Philadelphia, Springfield, Methacton, Upper Dublin. Bus stops, routes and times are determined by the school district. In Philadelphia Children must be in 1st grade or 6 years old to ride on a school bus. Most suburban districts transport Kindergarten children.

Miquon Vans
Private door to door transportation is available on Miquon vans, whether or not a child is eligible for school district transportation. Van routes vary in length and are not guaranteed to be available for all locations. Families should inquire whether their neighborhood lies within an existing van route. Vans bring the children to school in the morning and leave school at 3:00pm. Van transportation is not available for after-school students. For van rates, click here.

Car pools
Parents may choose to drive their children to and from school, and are encouraged to form car pools.
