Transportation

The registration fee with transportation includes pick up/drop off from a SINGLE  location and is available for children ages 5 and above who live within our specific transportation areas. Campers are transported to and from camp using traditional school buses or vans. Type of vehicle, route, and pick up drop off times are dependent upon enrollment and therefore a particular driver, type of vehicle, or route of travel, cannot be guaranteed.

Your camper’s bus stop will be at a nearby corner or central location. Please indicate your bus stop preference on your child’s application form. Camp can sometimes accommodate special transportation requests but may not be able to guarantee them prior to enrollment.

The pick-up/drop-off times will be given the week before camp begins. Travel times will vary with traffic and or weather conditions but we do our best to be as consistent as possible. Camper’s who are present at the bus stop will help to keep the schedule consistent so we ask that your children arrive before the scheduled time and are ready and are ready to board!

Our aim is to have the buses and vans arrive at camp on or slightly before 8:30 am. We set this early time to avoid the heaviest part of rush hour and to reduce the time your child’s travel time as much as possible.

At the end of the camp day, your child will arrive to his or her designated stop and will only be dismissed if a parent, legal guardian, or person with indicated permission is present at the bus stop, or you have indicated that your child may walk alone to his or her home.
