Yes! And… Collaborative Arts’ Presents: The Song of Silence
Feb 22 – 24, times vary | Venice Island Performing Arts Center, 7 Lock St, Manayunk

Humming? Not allowed. Singing? Even worse. Dancing? Absolutely not! Not in this musical.

A town once set to the tune of adventure and merriment suddenly goes silent, hidden away behind a wall – and for hundreds of years, it stays that way. The thing is, no one really remembers why … only that it’s for their own good. But when a group of kids dares to dream of what lies beyond, they might find that the adults aren’t always right!

Solar Panels Recommended

A Miquon family recently had a solar panel system installed with no out-of-pocket costs. The panels will generate 50% of the family’s electricity, and they will use their soon-to-expire 2019 tax credits to pay for it through the vendor’s financing system. The goal of Vivint Solar is to help lower fossil fuel consumption and provide a barrier to lobbyists who try to derail alternative energy solutions in this area.

Email Miquon parent Kim Raznov Coon if you want to learn more about it.
