Art & Science Show

Come to the Art Room to view your child’s artwork! When you depart, please take your child’s clay pieces home with you that evening.
All independent science projects should be brought to the science room no later than tomorrow morning. Projects should be taken home on the night of the show.
Miquon Book Fair
Mon, Mar 19 – Thurs, Mar 22 | Clisby Library
The Miquon Clisby Library will be hosting its annual book fair fundraiser during Conference Week, Mar 19-22. The Book Fair will be open in the afternoons and evenings for families to browse and shop before or after teacher conferences.

Thank you to everyone who helped with or attended the Pancake Breakfast this past weekend–especially Chet and Jennifer Thompson and Skip Coon and Kim Raznov!

RE-ENROLL IN SMART TUITION
Pay for Miquon Services Online!
Make monthly payments for our tuition as well as payments for after care, and tutoring services online using SMART Tuition. Families already enrolled in SMART to pay tuition should re-enroll for the 2018-19 school year in order to set up monthly payments. Anyone new to SMART should enroll at this time as well.
How to Enroll
Inform the biz office and visit parent.smarttuition.com to enroll. Select that the payment will be due the 30th of each month. If you have any questions once you are online, call (866) 395-2986.
Checks, Credit Cards are Still Okay
We will continue to accept check and credit card payments as well.

Making Growth Mindset Work with Your Child

This interactive workshop on Growth Mindset will take you through a journey of what it means to have a growth versus a fixed mindset. You will learn how to implement strategies and tools to apply Growth Mindset skills at home.
After a long career as a school psychologist in a large urban district, SchoolPsychologist Holly Cohen M.Ed., NCSP has formed an independent practice. Holly taught at Saint Joseph’s Univ for 10 years and currently teaches at the Univ of Penn. Her focus includes sociocultural issues, teaching techniques, child development, special education and brain-based learning.
