Caitlin Thompson

My family found Miquon in 2019 when we were looking for a school for our child. Our family values education, nature, and community. We were enthralled at the Fall Open House by the campus, the community, and the curriculum (and the campfire). Since our child started at Miquon the following year, I’ve found myself drawn to campus more and more. I’ve spent time as a Class Parent (now known as FAMbassadors), as a FAM (Families Active @ Miquon) co-chair supporting the family & school community, and as an Interim Director of Admissions and Financial Aid. I am excited to serve Miquon as the director of enrollment management and continue to build relationships with current and prospective families.

I am formerly a high school math teacher in Philadelphia and founder of a chapter of a girls mountain biking program. Miquon’s campus in the woods full of children learning and growing makes my heart sing and my family is lucky to call this our community.
