Getting to know Miquon as a school and a community has been rejuvenating for me. Twenty years in Pennsylvania independent schools as an administrator, parent, teacher, and volunteer have taught me above all else to trust in progressive education. I’m delighted to be an at-large member at Miquon because I believe Philadelphia needs—and deserves—a school that protects play and also asks its students to one day save the planet and mend our society. We will need them to be ready!
