Sarah Smith-Centz

I discovered Miquon when my children attended our summer day camp. I became enchanted with the campus and community. First, I taught Art at the camp and after a few summers weaving in the fields and printing with leaves, I knew I wanted to spend more time here.

I spent one crazy (and magical) Covid year as an assistant teacher in the nursery before moving into my current position, Administrator for Community Support. Here, I can fully experience all the amazing people and things that happen at Miquon year round.

I love supporting families (we are all so complex and different) and am constantly amazed by our teachers and how they are able to honor each child. Our office is brimming with talented, compassionate administrators. And what an immense honor it is to watch children grow.

I feel so lucky to be a part of The Miquon Community.
