2023-24 FACTS Account Information
On Wednesday, May 24th, families enrolling for the 23-24 school year will receive an email from noreply@factsmgt.com with their account information. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder. Also, if your financial aid award or other external scholarships are still pending, you likely will not receive the email until those items are finalized.
New-enrolling families: Please complete your FACTS account set-up by June 5th. Email “invites” from noreply@factsmgt.com will be sent to the parent email addresses listed in your Miquon family portal. Your demographic and tuition information will already be loaded in your FACTS account. You will only need to set up your payment plan and add your payment method.
Re-enrolling families: No action is required unless you want to make changes to your account set-up. Your 2023-2024 account details and net balance will be in the Re-Enrollment Verification email along with an option to select Peace of Mind insurance coverage. Changes to your payment plan or schedule and questions regarding the net balance(s) must be sent by email to businessoffice@miquon.org by June 7th before all FACTS accounts are finalized. Changes to your payment method and contact information can be made by you directly in your FACTS account at any time.
