I am thrilled to be working with the Miquon community as a behavior analyst and as a member of the Child Guidance Team!

My career began as a special education teacher in Chester, Pennsylvania 15 years ago. Through that experience I developed a deep passion for
individualized instruction and emotional intelligence which led me to applied behavior analysis.

Being a behavior analyst has allowed me to combine my love of education and passion for fostering social and emotional growth. My professional approach focuses on empowering students through self-regulation and functional communication skills.

I was introduced to Miquon in 2017 at the its Day Camp where I served in a therapeutic support staff role. It reminded me of my childhood where creek-hopping, hiking, and hands-on learning reigned supreme.

I was lucky to return in 2021 and witness the magic of The Miquon School and its progressive curriculum firsthand. I was hooked! It was refreshing to observe teachers modeling break options, embracing flexible seating, and normalizing differentiating instruction.

My goal is to work with the students, their families, and the staff by utilizing behavior analysis in a way that supports and flows within an emergent learning environment.
